GENDER EQUALITY POLICY
Foreword
Degli Esposti A. S.r.l. (hereinafter DEA) recognizes that the enhancement of people and diversity is a fundamental element for the development of the organization and for the creation of value in the long term.
The company promotes a culture based on respect, inclusion and fairness, in the belief that an open and respectful work environment promotes people’s professional growth, innovation and the quality of internal and external relations.

In this context, DEA has adopted a Gender Equality Management System compliant with UNI/PdR 125:2022, with the aim of promoting organizational policies and practices aimed at reducing the gender gap, enhancing diversity and spreading an inclusive organizational culture.

In particular, the company is committed to
- promote a corporate culture based on respect for diversity and the enhancement of individual skills;
- guarantee, through appropriate procedures, equal opportunities in the processes of selection, insertion, training and professional development;
- adopt criteria for evaluation and professional growth based on merit, skills and results;
- ensure remuneration policies based on fairness, transparency and organisational consistency;
- promoting the reconciliation of professional and private life through appropriate organisational tools;
- prevent and combat any form of direct or indirect discrimination, harassment or behaviour detrimental to the dignity of the person, related to gender, orientation, gender identity or family life by applying zero tolerance for offensive, harassing or discriminatory behaviour.
The implementation of the principles contained in this Policy is a priority commitment for the entire organization. The Steering Committee for Gender Equality has the task of monitoring its application and verifying its effectiveness over time.
The Management undertakes to disseminate this Policy both within the company and towards external stakeholders, through corporate communication tools, confirming its desire to promote a corporate culture based on inclusion, the enhancement of people and respect for the principles of equity.
Liability
All personnel are required to comply, as part of their activities, with the provisions of the Gender Equality Management System and the policies related to it, contributing to the dissemination of the principles of inclusion, equity and respect and to report non-compliant behaviour.
Training and Awareness
The Company will develop and enhance training programs on inclusion, gender equality, unconscious biases and inclusive leadership, spreading the culture of equity through internal awareness campaigns.
Policy Review
This Policy is approved by the Management and periodically reviewed by the Steering Committee, in order to ensure its adequacy with respect to the organisational context, regulatory developments and the objectives of the management system.
